Chicken And Dumplings
6 Chicken Breast Halves -- Boneless-Skinless
2 Cups Biscuit Mix
1 1/2 Cups Water

Cook the chicken breasts in a large kettle. Salt and pepper to taste. When the chicken is done remove it and reserve th broth from cooking it. Set aside chicken Mix the biscuit mix with 1 1/2 cups water.

Let sit a few minutes. Then drop by spoonfuls into the boiling chicken broth. DO NO STIR RIGHT NOW. Let come back to a boil. After starts to boil, getnly stir the dumplings. Continue letting the dumplings simmer.

Stir once about every 5 minutes. It should take about 15 minutes to cook the dumplings. While the dumpling are cooking cut the cooked chiken up into bite size chunks.

After the dumplings are done, add the chicken to the dumpling mixture and gently stir. Bring to a gently simmer and simmer 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve.
