Chicken Wings In Ranch Sauce |
Meat 4 Lbs. chicken wings Salt and pepper Sauce: 1 Cup ketchup 1 Cup water 1/2 Cup chopped onions 1/4 Cup vinegar 1/4 Cup brown sugar 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp prepared mustard 1 Tbsp. celery seed or celery salt 1 Tsp salt 2 Dashes hot pepper sauce (up to 3) |
Preheat oven to 350°. Season chicken wings with salt and pepper to taste. Place in roasting pan. Bake for 1 hour. Drain. Combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Simmer until onions are tender. Pour sauce over chicken wings. Bake for 30-45 minutes, basting wings, if necessary. Serves 8-10 If sauce gets too thick, add water |
