1/2 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
4 chicken breast halves
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine first 5 ingredients in a plastic bag; shake well. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces; dip chicken in butter & shake a few at a time in bread crumb mixture. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 20 min
