Fried Turkey Cutlets |
2 cups of buttermilk. 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce. 2 teaspoons of mustard. 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne. 1/2 a small onion, sliced thinly. 1 clove of garlic, sliced thinly. 1/2 lb of turkey breast cutlets. 3/4 cup of breadcrumbs. Salt and pepper. 1/2 Gravy recipe. |
Combine the buttermilk, worcestershire, mustard, and cayenne in a shallow baking dish. Stir in the onion and garlic and add the turkey cutlets, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight. |
