1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 3 tbsp olive oil 6 x carrots, peeled and sliced thinly 1 x fennel bulb, trimmed and sliced thinly 3 x green onions, sliced finely 1 cup chervil, large stems removed, or 1/4 cup fresh mint salt freshly ground black pepper |
In the bottom of a medium bowl, whisk together honey, vinegar, orange juice, and olive oil. Add carrots, fennel, green onions and chervil. Season with salt and pepper. Toss. |
