Black Pepper Butter Crab |
Sauce 1/2 cup chicken broth 1/4 cup Chinese rice wine or 1/4 cup dry sherry 2 tsp fish sauce 1/4 tsp black pepper Crab 1 x whole raw Dungeness crab, cleaned and cracked Cornstarch, for dusting 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp butter 4 x quarter-size slices ginger, lightly crushed |
Sauce Add crab and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add sauce and cook for 1 minute to heat through. Place crab and pan juices in a large bowl and serve. Use pan juices for dipping. |
