Veal And Spinach Ravioli Stuffing |
1 cup veal, cooked, minced 2 tablespoon shallots, finely chopped 1 teaspoon sage 1/4 teaspoon mace or nutmeg 1/2 cup spinach, chopped 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon dry sherry 1/4 cup parmesan, grated |
Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and combine thoroughly. Fill ravioli with mixture. |
